1. Access the quiz for which you would like to reset/delete an attempt.
  2. Click the Attempts hyperlink to list the students’ attempts. The Attempts hyperlink will not appear if no students have attempted the quiz.
  3. Click the box to the left of the student’s name for the attempt you would like to delete. Note that the Select all and Deselect all hyperlinks are provided at the bottom of the attempts list.
    Click Delete selected attempts at the bottom of the attempts list.
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear; choose Yes if you are sure, or click Cancel.  Clicking Yes will permanently delete the attempt.
  5. The attempts page will refresh; you can verify that the attempt has been deleted.
